Direction of use: Consume 1 level scoop (5g), one to three times a day.
To serve: Dissolve a level scoop in 200 mL water, coffee, tea, or juice or sprinkle on food and consume with 200 mL water.
Storage: Store tightly sealed, in a cool dry place below 30°C. Do not use if under- lid tamper seal is missing or broken. Best consumed within one month of opening.
